Shipping policy

We ship all over Canada!

We currently do not sell or ship to the United States.

Shipping is otherwise available please choose the shipping option at checkout. Shipping is available by various carriers. We may choose another carrier for a shipment if the cost charged to us does not match what the customer pays. (Happens on occasion with glitches in shipment system!) We will strive to maintain service times of chosen carrier.

If shipping doesn't show as an option, it may be because of certain items in your order being of irregular size (ie 1" x 72" poles). Try ordering the longest item on its own and shipping should progress as normal. Orders placed on a Thursday past 5pm, Friday and Saturday will be processed for courier pick up on the following Tuesday. Orders that come in past 5pm on a Saturday or Sunday and Monday when we are closed will be picked up by courier on the following Wednesday. As much as I've tried, I cannot get Courier pick ups on the weekend or on Monday when we are closed. 

Store pick up available with online and telephone orders. Wait for the email that says that your order is ready. You can come anytime during business hours (Tues-Sat 10a-5p) to pick up after receiving the email. Pick ups after store hours will not be accommodated - we have a horde of hungry squirrels that will make short work of any seed orders left outside.
