Product Warranty Information

  • General Warranty: All products come with a lifetime warranty. We work directly with our distributor for any replacement parts needed.

  • Droll Yankees:

    • Warranty applies to feeders with metal ports. Feeders with plastic ports are not covered.
    • For warranty claims, customers should contact Perky Pet directly:
      • Phone: 1-800-352-9164 (8:30 am - 7 pm EST)
      • Email: Visit the Droll Yankees section on their website, scroll to the bottom, and click “Contact Us.” Then click “Returns” and select the Droll Yankees Claim Form for email options.
    • Note: The Yankee Flipper motor has a 1-year warranty. After one year, replacement motors can be purchased by contacting Woodstream Customer Service at 1-800-800-1819 X 490.
  • Woodlink/Audubon:

    • Offers satisfaction guaranteed. Most parts can be replaced through our distributor.
  • Perky Pet Products:

    • No warranty available.
  • Arundale:

    • The Mandarin Baffle is lifetime warrantied against squirrel damage. However, our distributor no longer carries it, so customers should contact Arundale directly via their website, skycafe.com.
  • Corinthian Bells:

    • Comes with a 5-year warranty. Warranty forms can be found on the Wind River Chimes website under the “Contact” section at the bottom of the page.
    • Regardless of warranty status, chimes are always repairable. For expired warranties, there is a custom repair charge, plus the cost of replacement parts, tax, and return shipping.
  • Miller Manufacturing:

    • API heated birdbaths and De-Icers come with a 1-year warranty. We handle parts replacement directly with our distributor on behalf of our customers.
